5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content, and access to required systems. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Technologia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Technologia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
